Return and Refund Policy
For items with quality issues, damage in transit, or wrong items received, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. Once confirmed, we will be responsible for after-sales support and may arrange a refund, replacement, or return.
Because orders are shipped internationally, an order cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before shipment.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, size issues, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the buyer is responsible for international return shipping costs.
Used, washed, damaged items, or items without original packaging cannot be returned. Custom products, gift cards, sale items, and clearance items are not returnable unless there is a quality issue.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
