Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated delivery time:

Europe: 6-12 business days
Asia: 4-9 business days
Other regions: 8-18 business days

Delivery times include order processing and preparation time. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For most orders, import duties and taxes are covered by us. If any customs fees are charged, please contact us with proof of payment. We will cover reasonable customs fees up to USD $10 per order.

Because orders are shipped internationally, an order cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before shipment.

After your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.
